Great experience with Alvin at this branch! He was quick to understand my needs and I was very satisfied with the service. The branch is very modern, clean and well organized. There are managers constantly ensuring everyone is attended to.

I want to talk about my experience to this TD branch , I was in debt cause some family issue and I got an appointment to this branch to try to have a debt consolidation and I have found a special person , Mr Lee Wilson. He was kind , respectful even though my English wasn't very good, being an immigrant, basically he did an excellent job and he solved my problems. I am very grateful to him for his professionalism and I recommend. Thanks again

Don’t use the ATM outside
I wish I thought of using a review to warn people sooner
Sunday I tried to deposit $50. The machine opened up and said that it couldn’t deposit the $50 and to take my money but the money wasn’t there, I panicked and didn’t know what to do. The bank was closed so me and my friend drove to her house where I calmed down and then realized to call
This is personal but it’s important. I’m neurodivergent which is why I walked away because I was triggered and didn’t know what to do but was told on the phone that I should’ve called right away I felt like I was told those was my fault but I could be just reading that wrong. I don’t know, but I was also told and I should’ve got the ATM ID number. I didn’t know this because this never happened to me before. Neither is there a sign on the ATM telling you to do so if the machine decides to eat your money or cause any other problems. I don’t know if the machine has been fixed but be careful. I still haven’t gotten my money back and waiting for the investigation to be completed. I’m incredibly frustrated and never gonna trust or use an ATM again.

Slow not enough staff. Once opened an account completely wrong for me, came today and stood around waiting till the cows came home until I left because there was a whole 1 person in line the whole time

What fool designed this building? Who signed off on this?
It isn't easily accessible! Make disabled people go 3-4 times further to access the ramp.
You can't get in from outside on ground level. You go up 3/4 way up the building on North Road.
If you have wheelchair or walker you are hooped! You'll get tired before you hit the front door.
The parking lot doors are locked.
This is unacceptable!

Awesome experience. Really reminded me why I choose TD over other banks.
I came with what turned out to be a very complicated situation involving multiple departments. Avishan was there guiding me through every step. His knowledge of all the systems and departments put me at ease, but most impressive was his ability to multitasking without any detriment to his top level service. Constantly member aware with sincere desire to help everyone as effectively and efficiently as possible with enthusiasm.
In the time I spent there, all the staff were engaging and positive working as an efficient cohesive team. Having worked in retail the small nuances of collaboration and trust between the staff and feeling of welcome really reflects well on management (whom I met but forgot her name) was bright and cheerful.
Thanks so much Avishan and everyone at the North Road branch for helping me with such aptitude and compassion.
