I have finalized all of my TD accounts and withdrawals this morning. I received assistance from Anthony, who was patient, specific, clam and knowledgeable. As a result, I have decided to keep my TD accounts and continue using this financial institution

This branch gives the worst service ever!!!!! I will never to this branch again.The manager of the tellers, a guy looks Asian, I don't care what his name is, he really feels he owns the TD bank. I asked to do the same thing which I usually do every single month in other branches. The teller manager guy told me "other branches don't follow the rules." Lol. I'm going to go there again sometimes, and see what his name is. I'm going to tell other branch managers, this guy said you guys are against the rules of TD to do this service to me. I will do that every time I go other branches. One day, you will feel you own the TD bank.

Being a TD customer then staff and customer again. Throughout this transition I never experienced poor customer service before except for this time. I went in this branch to get assistance to activate online banking for additional credit card holder(my spouse). We were greeted by the teller Sunny Zhong, initially it was a little slow process of figuring out and we were told additional card holder cannot have online banking access, whereas phone banking mentioned one can get assistance at the branch. 15minutes passed we had just got the pin changed on a visa and id documented. I requested to get assistance with my access card to which another 20 minutes was spend wherein staff kept figuring out and instead of telling cx there will be delay in the process. At last her manager stepped in and completed the closure of old card and issued new one. Another 15 minutes passed to get the pin set up.Like for real? almost an hour for just doing this, the staff kept saying almost done but spent an hour. I had heard TD had worst cx service in Mainland but today I had opportunity to experience as well. Advice: please ask staff if they do not know something coach them to ask for assistance from their manager and give timeline to cx **not everyone is calm and patient as I was with the staff after working 8hrs and then spending an hour standing throughout the process.

Terrible experience . I tried to deposit a business cheque into my business account and because they didn’t write ltd on the end they wouldn’t deposit it even though almost all td banks have done it in the past . After explaining my situation to the manager (the issuing law firms/insurance corps will not add the ltd in) he just didn’t understand. I told him I will go to the one in new west and they will deposit it no problem. 20 mins later I did and it was deposited no issue. I then told the manager at new west what the Metrotown one did. He basically said it shouldn’t be an issue and that they see that happen all the time. The management at Metrotown need to be retrained. Basically said I can’t do it and told me to leave. I’ve been a small business client for over 10 years have 2 business credit cards/mortages/loan all through them but I will definitely be switching to another institution. The level of respect they showed me was appalling. I was with my toddler as well, so had to take my kid and drive another 20 mins for something they should have been able to help me with. The fact that the new west branch told me it shouldn’t be an issue shows that the management at Metrotown is not very good. Stay away from this branch!

Visited today and the brand manger Alex Lu on duty didn’t seem have the knowledge of “ breaking a term “ or “ transferring money from account to account” . He’s unprofessional and very impatient, and for sure don’t have the winning to do or winning to help attitude. He talks very loud in public and didn’t call you by Mr. Or Mrs, or Miss…I felt very disrespected and embarrassed by his loud voice, it’s almost like arguing with him. When I asked him and the front desk girl to find another person to help and also seeking for help from assistant manager, he told me he’s the only one branch manage there and the lied that no assistant branch manager on duty to show me that I can either do what he said or get out kind of attitude. He’s giving me tough time when I needed to withdrawal part of my money almost feeling like I am begging him. Understand this branch has lots of trainees don’t know what they doing and giving wrong informations , not my first time but him, as a branch manger acting very unprofessional and untouchable, let me doubt how can he climbed up all the way to this position? Had poor poor experience there today and I will escalate it to the head office.

Management here is terrible they have no idea of the rules , left me with zero solution to my issue I went to another TD and they were able to help me and provide great customer service. This branch makes me want to close my business account and open up with RBC . Just terrible customer service especially from management will never come here again.

Be prepared to wait at least 15+ minutes. Slowest customer service by far and not just a one off. Avoid this location if you can.

I used to visit many TD branches in Vancouver and Burnaby, but this TD branch offers most efficient and professional banking services. Special thanks to Rafael for his knowledgable, excellent organization, and customer oriented services. He’s an expert in all banking services and make the complicated process like house mortgage become so fast and easy. Highly recommended???

I went in to get a a new access card because my old one was stolen. Came back home expecting everything to be fine but couldn't login to my online banking so I called the branch again and asked why it shows up that my access card is unavailable and they said I have to come in the branch again to get it fixed because apparently sometimes it blocks me out to login when I get a new card. Why couldn't they have told me that in the branch and had me check if I could login or not if there was a possibility of this happening. If they KNEW there was a chance of this they should've have told me. Did not even apologize worst service I've ever experienced. Would want to give them a zero star rating.

What is the point of having the ATM’s in their own enclosed area with separate locking doors if you’re going to suddenly change their “hours of operation” to match that of the actual bank. No consideration for your customer base.

I am very thankful for the service I received yesterday. Kimberly helped me to get the lowest exchange rate for US dollars. Which was lower than the one on the screen when I walked into the branch. I asked her how she could do it. She said she tried her best and went by digit to digit. Although I only exchanged for $500, it still helped me save some. I really appreciate Kimberly’s service at Business stand. And it make me feel very Happy to do business with TD.

Their google business page says it’s “not busy”, but when you go in, the lineup is to the door. Please fix this.
