Excellent service, thanks to Anna for helping me get the best deal I've ever had. I moved all my lines from Rogers to Telus. When I made a mistake and one of my family members' phones didn't work with the esim card, they were very kind and patient and helped me replace the physical sim card for that phone immediately. Very good experience

Don't do it here. I signed a contract for 2 years. They say their deal and contract are different and the fee goes up later. When I asked why it went up, they said they didn't know and told me to contact the head office. Even though we showed them the text message of the consultation and talked to them, they told us to solve it ourselves. There was not a single trace of kindness and they said we had no common sense.
