I had an appointment with Carlos at Telus, and I couldn't be more impressed with his service. Carlos was incredibly knowledgeable and patient, taking the time to thoroughly explain all my options and answer any questions I had. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire experience seamless and enjoyable. Thanks to Carlos, I feel confident in my choices and am very satisfied with the service I received. Highly recommend!

Just left Telus store in tears after speaking to Carlos Cipueutes. The WORST customer service experience I have ever received. After being advised by the w4th location to go to Brentwood to exchange my phone, since w4th did not have any of the phones in stock. Carlos was disrespectful to me immediately. He had an attitude that he couldn’t care less what w4th location had advised. Said my phone was damaged although w4th did not advise me of any damage. He told me Telus would charge him personally if he accepted my phone.
He then told me to call w4th. Since I was in the mall and didn’t have internet connection he refused to give me w4th number, refused to call the store himself. I finally got a hold of w4th and told them the experience I was having w4th also agreed Carlos was disrespectful and rude.
I then asked for the spelling of his name because I wanted to make a complaint, when asked to clarify the spelling he completely ignored me. His colleague asked and he laughed in my face. I told him he’s rude for sarcastically laughing and his reply was “I’m a happy person”
I have been with Telus since 2007, after this experience I have decided to look at other phone providers. Absolutely shocked and disgusted by the customer service of Carlos Cipueutes

Thank you Julie for your excellent service today! She helped me select and setup my new Galaxy s24 ultra cell phone. Very knowledgeable in the new plans that are offered and in transferring everything from my old phone over.
No lineups at this location ? I will definitely bring my business back to this store.

The staff is nice enough. But Telus is a terrible company if you ever have an issue or want to cancel your service. Their installation techs for fibre are incompetent. Watch them closely if they’re running new fibre in your home as they didn’t even try to hide the cable or run it straight. Absolutely atrocious workmanship.

The staff in this store are completely useless. Every question we had they had to Google the answer. Do yourself a favor go to metro town. Far superior service honestly They were quite rude in the end. So save yourself some headaches and avoid this place altogether

After calling your store ahead of time to ask if they could activate my cell as a new customer. I arrived and 3 employees standing idle said they couldn't help us.
They couldn't/wouldn't install the new sim card that Telus mailed out. They couldn't/wouldn't transfer our # to the new account.
Instead however, they instructed me to download the Telus app, and gave me a paper with instructions on how to proceed.......... REALLY? WOW! Zero customer service from all 3 Telus employees at your store.......... Do not go to this Brentwood Telus store as your on your own there.

We went to Brentwood after calling before we arrived to transfer our phones from another company to Telus. We were told that they could NOT assist us as they only help people with new accounts. Absolutely very sad that the 3 people working, with no other customers in the store, CHOSE NOT to assist us. This makes me think twice about choosing Telus.

Last week, I had a good experience with the staff in particular Aman of who I ended up dealing with to get an additional number put on my account. Service was professional and friendly. He was able to get the monthly price down to more than I expected. In addition, Aman took the time during and after to help set up some features on the iPhone.

Don't go with telus they don't stand behind their products and they over charge. Good luck getting through via phone jagdeep was extremely rude and the other girl just stood at the front counter. Super rude

The sales representative named Julia Y was very unhelpful and rude while dealing with the customers.She seemed to be not interested in selling the plans while I was at the counter.

A sales representative there was very unhelpful. He refused to help me when I asked him how to transfer my phone service from another provider. I called the customer service and just could not reach any real person who could offer real help! When I told him my situations and frustration, he just told me I had to reach them by phone. Then when I tried to further explain my problems, he just said I was rude and kicked me out of the store!
