I had a very good experience when I went to this store to purchase a new phone and connect mobile services. The staff who assisted me were Nicole and Cher. Nicole went above and beyond to review my old phone contract to ensure that I would not be "dinged" with penalties if I disconnected and went with Telus. They demonstrated that they want the business but also took the time to make sure that things will work smoothly for me. Kudos!

Internet works, that’s why I put 2 stars instead of 1.
I took the student plan (45-50 CAD), they told me I can do internationals calls with this plan, the detail they didn’t tell is that they charge 50 dollars for 20 min. They also said I can change client info for my plan, but again, they didn’t warn it is 50 dollars to change.
Instead of a 45 dollars bill, it became being 166 dollars bill. Thank you for making my exchange in canada worse!!

Terrible service. Waited for weeks for the phone to come in and came in on the specific day the rep asked me too for his convenience and the phone was wrong. This on top of making me wait 20mins so he could get the commissions. Will not return.

This provider has been charging top dollar and providing the worst internet service in this digital age. Sometimes staying in canada feels like the stone age, nothing is up to the standards and everyone is full of entitlement. Telus should be bootted out as an internet provider because it never works.

I received excellent service at Telus (koodo) Regency Plaza store. Especially Ms. Share, she patiently guided me to call customer service (because I just came to Canada and was not proficient in English) and helped me figure out a solution, which made me feel warm. Although this is not a store problem, but a cognitive problem with the door-to-door sales staff. I am also very grateful to Koodo customer service staff and technical support staff David for their help. In the end, my problem was successfully solved, thank you very much!

One of the worst attitudes you can get for any service. Walked in for service issues, never gave us a good attitude. Only looked at us with side eye. Even flipped her eye when we asked for the reason. BAD SERVICE

I am scammed with one of telus representative. I was given a deal in which the bill for internet, home phone, tv all together monthly would be around 85$ and the contract was for 2 years. I was promised that bill will be same for 2 yrs. But after 1 year now I am charged around 125$ every month. I tried my best with customer care but got no help. It is a SCAM. Before getting this TELUS service I requested the Telus representative that I just want internet then he forced me to get the combo plan of tv and phone as well, he told me if u get just internet u will have to pay 105$ but with bundle it will 85$. And now I am charged for phone and tv every month which I don’t use, I mean have not even connected my tv and phone ever. It’s a request to TELUS to resolve this.

Came in last night to get a new phone. Raymond was extremely helpful and got me set up with a new phone and plan. I will def come back to this location specifically to have Raymond as a sales rep as he gave such great customer service.
