This is the good location for shopping for all basic need. There are London Drugs, Walmart, Kins Farm Market, Cobs Bread, Oomomo Store, Coles Book store and many more. They set up more seats in the mall now. Please check it out.
The New Food Court is roomy and bright for a meal or just have a tea after the busy shopping. Many new restaurants in this food court. But also some chain restaurants are still there, come to try some new multi-culture food.
There are a indoor playground for the kids. Kids will love it.
The parking is all around the mall.
If you don't drive, there are a covered walkway from the Lougheed Town Centre Station leads you to the mall.
There are also a temporary Carmeron Community Centre and Library in the lower level. It's really a good location for the residents.

Many stores offer good prices. The location is close to Burnaby, making it easy to access for last-minute items.

A very high-end mall that to me seems hidden away. The food court has a very nice clean selection of restaurants, including a Poke bar, Indian, Greek, and juice bar. The skylights really make this place feel open.
For a place that is very open, it does not feel excessively loud.
What I have really noticed is the decline of retail. It all started a 6 plus years ago with the safeway closing down. Now, about 1 in 6 stores are closed, including the Bay, a couple of odd clothing stores, and Jugo juice. Online retailers and late stage capitalism are rough on traditional retailers.

I am very excited because all the new stores are opening. A large condo complex is being built, so many stores are scheduled to open.

The Mall is undergoing redevelopment. Nit everything is in place. Still, it's a good place to shop Walmart and London Drugs, IHOP, a food mall section and other stores. Lots of free parking.
