I purchased a nearly $1000 mattress from this store after trying it out in the store for a for a brief time . After sleeping on it for one night it was way to firm , horrendously unbearable. I called the store and they wouldn’t ever consider exchanging it for a softer more comfortable mattress. The just said “All Sales Are Final “ and tried to sell me an overpriced topper. Never again will I purchase anything from the Foam Shop, I’ll buy from a reputable mattress store that cares about customer satisfaction and is willing to exchange the mattress if necessary.

I made a mistake in measuring the mattress size I needed and the Burnaby store cut to the correct size and delivered it back to the Kitsilano store for me without charge. A huge thank you to Deb who re-sewed the mattress cover to fit.

Jason, Brianca, and team at the foam shop were great. Very satisfied customer. Quick, efficient, and the cushions look great. I received a call back after my initial drop-off 4 hours later, letting me know the cushions were ready! Quoted cheaper than another competitor that I visited. Will be coming back if I were in need of any replacement cushions in the future.

Very pleased with the service we received from Jason at the Foam Shop Burnaby location. He was helpful, patient and knowledgeable and provided good information about the foam I was purchasing to replace my couch cushions. Jason gave me a call as soon as our order was ready and I was pleasantly surprised it was the same day! Many thanks, Jason for your great customer service.

Excellent service & product knowledge. Made our 12yr old cushions look/feel brand new. We provided them our old covers & they handled the rest. Measurements, cut, install & even bagged and delivered to my vehicle. Definitely priced well...online retailers were in & around the same price point but you're risking with measurements etc...one wrong move and it's an expensive mistake. Let these guys simple handle it all...fantastic!

We bought a 3/4 travel mattress for or camper car and the staff were so friendly and helpful!They even went out the back and got all the colours that were pre-cut to the 3/4 size. This meant I could chose a fabric/mattress that was partly made up already, and therefore get my order quicker. It was a great experience and the mattress has been super comfortable to sleep on:)!

I went to the The Foam Shop to inquire for a large dog bed for my senior dog who was having bladder issues . The staff was super helpful and suggested some waterproof covers. Not only was the price super reasonable but the staff rushed the order as they knew it was needed. It was ready the next day .Thank you for such wonderful, thoughtful and speedy service ! You guys rock ?

Had such a great experience yesterday. Nick at the foam shop was amazing and helped me out with my project for cutting the foam and gluing it to all 22 pieces of plywood I had brought in! He made it such an easy transition for me to now upholster the pieces. I highly highly recommend visiting this location!! They are so helpful and definitely heading back for my next job!!!
