TerribleI don’t know why UPS is so terrible and awful. I never have any problems with my Amazon deliveries. BUT, when UPS is involved, either it’s shopping or a return, the most terrible things can happen as if they do not have any regulations. Their management is terrible. This is my second experience in the past few weeks, unfortunately, with one of their branches. In their website I got the message that the package is ready to pickup at this store but although I had to cancel my work and rush there as they were going to close at 6:30, I left the store without my package!!! Because apparently, this ridiculous branch has a rule for themselves that you need to go back in a day. Neither your time nor your money doesn’t matter to them. I’m full of anger and dissatisfaction with this terrible mismanagement of this brand, UPS.

The Asian old lady is very disrespectful and rude She has a stink attitude and doesn’t like doing her job. She called the police because I had asked her to help me since I was there previous to the other customers and I was on the computer for an hour printing out my letter. She told me to leave everything I was doing for the whole hour and leave the store. I put time and effort, and she disrespected that because she didn’t want to help me. Even the customers that were in the store were shocked and surprised about her behavior to why she was refusing to help me and yelling. Customer is always right if anything, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else like this they are very rude and have a bad attitude

This is a review for RIA Money transfer which happens to own UPS. I am giving this company NEGATIVE 1 MILLION. The wicked OLD lady in eyeglasses was so rude and went BARBARIC when her customers kept on asking questions. She would insult them, curse them and would shout at the top of her lungs. She would only treat the customer right if things would go her way otherwise, she would throw tantrums on all the people in her store. Let's not give this person a business because she doesn't deserve it. I went to a different RIA branch which is just across the street and the service was the exact opposite of this lady. I am now filing a complaint with Better Business Bureau for all the inconvenience and mental breakdown that she gave me. I was almost hit by a car when I went to the other branch because I was literally shaking after she threatened and cursed me for cancelling the transaction as I couldn't take her insulting and rude attitude anymore. Not only to me but to the other customers walking in.Check the reviews here with the same lady, people are saying the same thing.Stay away from this lady if you want to keep your sanity.

In this store you should pay for using computer to print and print seperately! It is not fair! I did't have as this experienece in the othet UPS stores!In addition they do not have good attitude!I brought my item back home to try another UPS store.

I had a mailbox at this store for over 10 years and had many packages delivered there during that time. It's clean and well organized and I've always found the staff to be friendly and very helpful. Even on days when they were extremely busy they would check my mail for me when I had forgotten to bring my keys. The comments about rude staff are likely from people who are themselves very rude and impatient. I've witnessed such people behaving poorly and blaming staff for their own mistakes, like improper packaging of an item, or lack of information like a tracking number. I once witnessed a character get upset because they wouldn't give him a package that wasn't addressed to him, and he was holding up everyone else in the process. The staff was being polite but I was close to hauling him out of the store myself.

What a mistake going here! After having the misfortune of dealing dealing with this awful place, I completely understand why this place has so many negative reviews! I sent documents from this location (UPS store 9) and needed to amend the address. I called UPS and was told that since the package hasn’t left the store yet they would need to handle the change. Contacted the store and was told there would be a $30 “admin” fee, which to me seemed unreasonable. I contacted UPS and was told there should not have been a fee! When I tried to question this with the woman working there I was told “so you want me to do this for free?” She also refused to return the package to me so I could use a different carrier! I felt pressured to pay this exorbitant fee or run the risk of losing my documents, which are time sensitive! They clearly take advantage of people and are very unethical in the way they conduct business! Please save yourself the headache and go to any other place, because if you need help with something, they will charge you made up fees, which actual UPS does not charge. Not to mention the rude and unhelpful attitude you’ll receive here.

The lady who helped me was very nice. She also re-packaged my parcel for me because I didn't do the best job packing it myself. I thought that was very kind/helpful of her.

No disrespect to the store staff, who are friendly and helpful, but UPS is garbage. If you live in this service area, you'll never get your package without picking it up yourself. UPS thinks we're all too poor to deserve reliable last mile delivery so they don't even bother. Bunch of elitist pigs.

I love this UPS store! It is my go to place for printing services. They are always so friendly and welcoming to me! It is busy sometimes, probably because they are so good at what they do. I recommend this UPS store %100.

Worst customer service I have dealt with ever!A middle aged woman was very impatient and rude. I showed her a QR code to print the delivery label, and she told me that I had to rent their computer to print, then I was told to go to Canada post, AFTER I used their computer, so I had to pay for the renting fee.Ended up paying $2.50 for printing a SINGLE sheet of paper. She was very impatient and disrespectful through our short interaction.

I walked into UPS to have a return package processed with instructions that staff would scan the code and it would be complete. When I arrived, staff told me to print the code on one of their computers which already seemed weird, but I did so anyways. Right after I was held hostage to pay for nearly $4 for one sheet of document and less than 2 minutes of computer use. The print didn't even work and they couldn't process my package. Marissa, the middle aged Filipino women, whom I believe is the owner, is unreasonable, disrespectful, and ultimately scamming customers. There were no signs indicating of any fees to be charged and I was not told that using the computer would incur charges at the beginning. This is an unethical business and I urge everyone to go somewhere else. You should be ashamed of yourself of making money off people with such horrible business practice. UPS I hope you are reading this and revoke this franchise's license.

Terrible customer service. The employee who assisted me on March 27th had a very bad attitude and was not polite at all.Besides the poor customer service, they charged me $6 to print a piece of paper in black and white where in other UPS locations I was able to send an email with the label and pay only $1.50

Worst person ever seen in canada. I visited ups store on 3rd march at 6:15pm. There were 2 ladies working who did not give my courier though i provided her tracking id. She asked me tracking id more than 3 times and i showed her tracking id. She did not read it like illiterate. She was that arrogant that i have to read and tell her. I never experienced this kind of customer service at any courier pickup store.Her ego and faces were with very bad attitude. If ups company is reading my review then please take it serious and reduce harassing customers from workers like her. Please read other reviews about these 2 ladies to support my complaint.
