I recently discovered this store near my home as I have recently moved from Coquitlam. My dog was experiencing diarrhea at the time and didn't know what food to get her. I went up to the counter and sparked a conversation with one of your staff, Tristan. She was welcoming and friendly and recommended me food for my dog. Many thanks to her as her recommendations stopped the problem my dog was having. Thank you Tristan! <3

This Tisol Pet Store on Gilley in Burnaby has the finest of staff, always genuine and informative, never rushing you and always greeting you when you arrive. The store is immaculate and shelves and products always well stocked. Tristan and Sam, the manager, have treated me kindly and respectfully. It’s like a family owned business and they do really care about their customers and their pets!

Alana is one of the most professional and friendly cat shoppers I have ever met. We were greeted warmly when we entered the store. We have just had two kittens and Alana was very attentive to help us introduce kitten-friendly foods with her own experience, leaving the choice up to us.
