First laptop package was great, bought in 2010 so I went back to them in 2014 only to be shipped a new laptop that had visible damage to the corner. I spoke to a french sounding CSR for a refund, but instead, he charged me extra for the damage, essentially putting the blame on me. What a joke. That rep should have been fired for incompetence.

Wow! I can't believe the reviews for Toshiba's laptops. We have had ours for over 10 years without a problem until now...it's finally dying...not yet, but soon. We were looking to replace ours, but found no one sells them anymore. We have a Satellite and honestly, it was one of the best things we ever bought. I'm actually very sad we have to get rid of it. It cost us just over $900.
