“I got a hitch installed today.
My email quote request was replied to in a timely manner. Someone actually answered my call without making me hold for 5+ minutes. My concerns about pricing were immediately addressed over the phone, and my appointment was booked right then.
Two days later, they remembered that I preferred an earlier slot and reached out to offer a new opening. Quick installation, a decent waiting area, and good coffee.
I can't imagine how you could offer better service for a hitch installation. Thanks!”
“BCAA was called earlier in the day to see why my 2016 Civic wouldn't start. The tech got it going then, later that same day, it would not start again. Mundie's was dispatched quickly and the tow truck driver was incredible. She literally looked after everything: from paperwod, to hook up and finally to drop off at Westwood Honda. She was even kind enough to offer to leave the invoice in the car for me. The price seemed incredibly reasonable. I would highly recommend Mundie's.”
“Mark has made our very frustrating experience today into a such heartwarming experience. He was nothing but friendly and understanding of the situation. I’d definitely recommend Mark! Thank you Mark :)”

“It's very hard to find a mechanic who is honest and performs quality work. This company has both, they listen to what the customer needs. Their 50 point inspection makes sure the vehicle is safe. They don't pressure you to make other repairs on the spot. I will definitely be a repeat customer and recommend them to all my friends and family.”
