I wouldn’t buy so many Vitasave products if I knew expired in Jan 2026, only 2-3months left. Very disappointed.

Very disappointed with this company.
I had a package that was sent to the wrong address and they know where it was sent and keep insisting that they sent it to my address, even when the postal service told them it was not the right address on the package.
Now I'm without my allergy tablets and money. Shame on you Vitasave.

Good luck trying to cancel the order. Vitasafe used to be very easy to reach by phone or email, buy last two months were terrible. If you finally get hold of someone, they are helpful but right now the communication is non existing for some reason

Absolutely the best prices and selection in Canada. I live in Williams Lake so it's great to have my business going to a Canadian company, not a box store, or mega Multinational Corporation.
I love this Supplement supplier because they carry amazing brands and choices that you won't get anywhere else.

I love this company! Good supply and great customer service! Sometimes they add a little extra sample with your order so you can try something new, which I really like! I recently had a small error in my order, and they corrected it immediately and with kindness. Highly recommend. Also really quick shipment. I usually get it the next day or within the next two days.!

I ordered something in error and I called a couple times within business hours and no response, as the answering service keeps repeating the same message that their phone lines are closed at present and call back later. I called back later a few times and same message. I also sent a couple of emails and no response yet. Not sure if they have any customer service as its impossible to get a hold of someone here. Lets see what comes in the mail as for my order and then I will respond with another email, for a refund.

I recently purchased online from Vitasave for the first time. The website is easy to use. Once the order was placed I received confirmation email. The next day an email from Adam came telling me one of the items I ordered was not available and even though the order value is small, he took the time to tell me in the email what are available from which I choose a substitution. Two days later the complete order arrived. I am very happy with the service. I definitely recommend Vitasave.

Ordered 2 Vega protein powders online. You would think it's super straight forward but they have messed up my order twice now. First they sent me only 1 of the protein powders I purchased. I called the office during their opened hours but nobody answered so I emailed them. I got a response a few days later of an apology that their warehouse made a mistake and that they would send my other missing item with Expedited shipping...I got it really quickly but guess what ...it wasn't what I ordered, not even close (2 magnesium powders!?). I emailed them again and now waiting for a response. I'm really confused and frustrated how such a simple order can become so complicated and time consuming. I just want what I paid for...it shouldn't be this difficult. Needless to say I won't be ordering anything on their website again.
