Honestly, I’m very disappointed with the customer service skills of the majority of the employees here they have no care for helping their customers they just pointed a direction when you ask them about a product especially if it’s really specific I came in today looking for maternity base product, and the lady just tried to point at the women’s clothing section and expected me to know where to look and I was looking for specific items sold by Walmart this really bothered me because I also work in customer service so seeing this kind of behaviour was very disappointing for me. I think management definitely needs to be harder on their south about greeting customers and helping customers and walking them to sections, especially because stores like this change where their product is so frequently that it’s hard for customers to keep track and especially for someone like me who’s on my break and I only have 15 to 30 minutes, it makes me almost not wanna shop here

Its a complete Walmart experience with all the sections available for you to think you are saving some but in my opinion it is not that cheap overall, compare to Persia Supermarket or T&T. Overall you can find everything you want there. Meh!

-5 stars. Someone has to do something about Ruben in customer service. Not only did he blatantly accuse me of trying to return a older product in a new box without any evidence,he lied about policy over the phone prior to my arrival. This man called 3 other associates to find something wrong with it and while we were waiting completely disrespected another customer in the line. I'm not writing today for a proper refund, which he couldn't manage, but to notify Walmart Metro Town that their customer service values are not being met. As a former employee of Walmart at lougheed Town center, I've never seen such negligence. Something has to be done about Ruben.⁰

I don’t mean to sound racist but I noticed that most of their staff are Indian, I don’t mind that it’s just they’re rude, the geeter at the entance won’t even say hi, good morning or bye, just standing. The Indian cashiers won’t even say Hi or thank you too . I hope they will do a training for them on how to provide a good customer service, otherwise customers buy stuff to other stores.

Came here for toilet paper and to see what toys they had for Christmas shopping with my girlfriend, was then followed by two very obvious loss prevention employees for the entire shopping experience. Don’t wear a hoody and jacket here ! They may think you are stealing

This Walmart has many basic items (i.e. cocoa powder) out of stock. Many of the shelves were empty. It looked very sad.Also, they close the main gates to the mall early. Mall closes at 7pm on a Sunday and they locked the gates at 6:57pm, making it a hassle for customers to leave efficiently. Please close the gates 10 minutes after closing to be considerate towards your customers.

Please train the cashiers (particularly the associate at the self-checkout during closing shift on October 30th) to respect the customers putting away shopping baskets. It’s not customer’s fault if there are existing items in the previous ones and they are not trying to steal them while putting their own baskets away!

I went to walmart to buy some groceries. First of all, the prices were very high and the customer service was worst. They were just so rude, specially a female employee there whom I asked for a bag. I was about to take the bag from her but she scanned the bag first totally ignoring me just like I was stealing the bag. Then one of their employees ask me if I paid for the bag and I said yes but he still asked me again. It was so irritating that I just showed the recipet instead of saying anything. I think they should focus better on training their employees for customer service.

In just 3 months of using Walmart delivery, so many things have gone wrong with my orders that I'm puzzled how this service can survive when it's so unreliable.The first time I placed my order I was so happy to receive what I needed on my doorstep, I thought it would make my day-to-day life easier, but then it just went downhill and turned into a nightmare of hours wasted in chat trying to solve problems that they have zero capacity to solve. I started to notice that some products are constantly going in and out of stock throughout the day, requiring several attempts to be able to purchase them, or place an order at the correct time to get them in stock, such as salt, pasta, soap, rice and beans.I had my order canceled without explanation, without being asked if I would like to postpone delivery until the next day or anything. I entered the chat and asked if they could redo the order for me, so I didn't have to add all the items to the cart again and so I didn't lose the offers, they just said that I had to redo the entire order again. When I explained that I bought it to take advantage of the offers in the daily leaflet, which were no longer available, the person didn't even try to help me.After I bought the monthly pass, it seems like everything got even worse, delivery arrived hours late, with melted ice cream, wet box of cornstarch (they put it next to the ice cream), product that was supposed to be frozen, completely defrosted, spoiled cassava...Products arriving wrong. Ordered chicken thighs, received chicken legs. Ordered again and they canceled my order (after hours of delay in delivery) and finally on the 3rd attempt it arrived correctly.Regarding this second canceled order, the website track showed that the delivery was on its way and would arrive in 14 minutes. After more than 2 hours showing exactly the same thing, and being more than 1 hour late, I entered the chat and they said they were in contact with the delivery person, (but again they had no information to give other than of the ones I could see on the website) and they said that my order would arrive in 14 minutes and that they were on its way, when I repeated that it was what was being shown on the website for hours, they said I could rest assured that my order would arrive. Serious? What's the point of choosing a time slot on the website if my order can arrive at any time? In chat, they only know how to apologize without even reading what I'm saying. Instead of realizing that something must be wrong, they keep apologizing and don't help at all. I stopped monitoring the order and after a while, I received an email informing about the cancellation of my order and the refund they would issue (which I never asked for). In addition to being without my order, I lost a discount coupon they had given me, which I was unable to use on another order, as I had already used it on this one.They constantly send me products that I don't want, even though I asked for no substitutions, which means that I have a lot of products that I didn't order and don't want, and I don't have the ones I want. I have 10 cans of coconut water that doesn't taste like coconut water at all and now I'm afraid that if I place a new order with the coconut water I want, I'll end up with more bad coconut water instead of the one I want.And finally, I had understood that the monthly pass would be renewed if I didn't ask to cancel it, but clearly I was wrong, as I placed an order on the 28/09 to be delivered on the 29th, however on the 29th I received an email informing that my order and my monthly pass subscription were canceled. They really lack the ability to ask if the customer wants to renew or if they want to pay for that delivery or just cancel or anything, instead, they harm the customer by not sending the order and leaving it at that.The only time they had an honest attitude was once when they called informing they were going to be late and if it was ok. I visited here for a DoorDash pickup and was assisted by Harveer and was pleased to see her work ethic and compassion for the job she was doing. She stressed upon getting the job done as directed the authorities with no sign of discomfort or denial to any of my requests which amused me and gave me a sip of the day’s motivation to do my job in the same manner with no ifs and donts.

Overall nice big store with two floors, but in all honesty, the shoe department is horribly inadequate. The Walmart at Grandview highway is half the size but has a much bigger selection. There weren’t even any men’s shoes. There were some runners, but even the selection for that was small. The overall size of the shoe department is very small.

Don’t ever go here for any formulas, or pediasure. I rang the bell for 4 times. Another lady came for milk and waiting again.the old lady at cosmetic section was there all the time but she pretended like she didn’t hear a bell ring. I came and asked her she said okey but she didn’t come . I came and asked again then the lady was waiting with me rang the bell again. Very unprofessional services here. What a hassle to buy milk for kids these days

We were followed by staff and when we confronted them they were extremely rude. They immediately put a blame on us as customers we did not feel safe. I hope they take some action against this. Check whom you are recruiting. They are extremely rude and unprofessional.
