Absolutely love Vimal and the team! Apart from being experts at what they do, they're also very patient and kind. They always find the best cost effective solutions and tries their best to work around your budget. Whats more is that they really take their time in explaining the vehicles problem and its fixes in a simple and understandable way, which as a first time car owner I appreciate more than they know! As long as I own a car in Vancouver, I will be visiting Westcoast auto!

Called about some strange light on our dash and they were able to see us right away, checked it and saw it wasn’t super important. The guy was so friendly and helpful and they didn’t charge us at all for the service. Will definitely be bringing our car here for repairs and checks when needed!

The wait to get an appointment is long but WELL WORTH THE WAIT. I never feel like they try and make me do service that doesn't need to be done, the work is done quickly, and no matter who you talk to on the team they're super nice.

Had my timing chain replaced on a 5 series and was quoted from dealer $1000 more than what I paid at WestCoast. Great job Vilmal… Thanks for all your service! Would definitely recommend to have your vehicle serviced at WestCoast. Been here 4 times and will keep coming for future repairs.

I can not give enough stars. The guys that work in the shop are always so pleasant to talk to and knowledgeable. They work hard and always make sure I have the safest car possible. The owner is such a great guy and works with you to make your visit goes as smooth as possible. What they can’t do in shop he has options for his customers so that they can get what they need done when needed.

Went in and asked if someone can look into my car brakes as it was making weird noise. Guy inside the counter didn’t even care and told me we don’t have a minute to look at your break or tire!! Absolutely awful customer service!
