Recently went in this store and asked this (im assuming pregnant) woman with dyed hair about a back to school promo at first she was fine but after when I asked if there was any deals that has a lower data plan she started sounding a lot more condescending and eventually became super rude I honestly don’t know what her problem was all I did as ask if she could look for any deals with lower data plans for me or tell me if there was any other options that would help me with what I needed eventually me and my boyfriend had enough of her rudeness and just left the store and according to my boyfriend this isn’t the first time he had to deal with this girls rude behavior

Came to the store about a week ago and asked this viet girl with silver hair and highlights a couple questions, I forgot her name but I believe she was called Jessie? I asked her about a promotion I saw and instantly she just gave me a look like I was annoying her. At first I just waved it off cause I understand that everyone has bad days and hoped her attitude would change but as I kept asking she just sounded more annoyed. Typically I’m a very calm and forgiving guy but being given that attitude throughout the entire conversation just made me not want me to purchase anything or ask anymore questions.
Edit: just recently came back to the store this week and encountered the same girl again however this time my girlfriend was the one that asked her about the back to school promo and asked if there was any good deals that included a lower data plan. I seriously don’t know what this girls problem is but the way she treated us is so unprofessional. Maybe it’s due to the fact that she’s pregnant?? But either way her attitude and behavior towards customers is a major issue if this is how she treats everyone

The staff is not solving problems of their customers. Me and my friend have been asking to solve my bill’s problem the staff is very unsupportive and charging more than what they said.

Went to this outlet in Metropolis at Metrotown yesterday to change my telecom plan. The moment I stepped into the outlet, Franky greeted me politely. He asked questions to understand my status with my current telecom and my needs on my new plan. He was very professional and patient throughout the session and he explained all the terms and what to take note of about changing my current plan. He has made things so easy for me! As I needed an e-sim, he asked me to stay in the outlet after signing the new contract and went through the whole activation steps with me without me asking for it. Activating e-sim is not new for me and I was always left to do it myself in the past. Franky still wanted to make sure my new e-sim works and I have connection on the new plan without problems. He also said he can help in case things happen.
In short, thank you Franky for the professional and seamless service! Highly recommended sales associate and I will not hesitate to go back to the same outlet in the future.
