Useless workers. They overcrowded a hanger stand weighing it down, unbeknownst to me and my mom as we attempted to pull a jacket out to look at it the entire stand with all the hangers literally fell over onto us.. me and my mom were struggling to push it back up as it was very heavy and we didn’t want to leave it on the floor EVEN THOUGH IT WASN'T OUR FAULT.
After several minutes of struggle a useless associate looked at us and just went “oh” with zero sense of urgency and didn’t even rush over to help.. it was another worker beside her that came over to help and he was alright atleast. We also asked for a coat and worker said they have it and someone will bring it out in 5 mins and to go stand over there. They left standing for 20mins no one in sight or checking up. I decided not to get it anymore at that point because of the lack of efficiency in the store. Mind you it was a slow Monday morning not a Saturday… no excuse for this behaviour.

This place was my favorite place to shop, but when I heard my was accused of stealing when the alarm went off just for being close to the exit. The manager did not handle the situation properly and mind them they are talking to a minor and they accused of stealing. When we asked for the footage, they don't want to show it. Very traumatizing place to shop so no more.

Disrespectful Treatment by Zara Employee
Dear Zara Management,
I am writing to express my disappointment regarding an incident that occurred during my recent visit to your Metropolis store on October 20, at 14:50. Ok While seeking assistance to find the fragrance an employee shockingly referred to me as “blind” in a condescending and disrespectful manner. I asked her name but she refused to provide and gave me her employee id .(useless).
This behavior was not only hurtful but also completely unprofessional. As a customer, I expect courteous and respectful treatment, regardless of the situation. Being insulted by a staff member is unacceptable and has left a negative impression on me.

My mother and sister love Zara clothing store. Venue is big and there are lots of options to choose from. Prices are competitive. Checkout does not print receipts, but rather confirmation of purchase is sent to customer's mobile through SMS. Staff is friendly and well mannered.

I am writing this for Virgil who is unfortunately a manager over there….he refused to provide me his information and he called all their staff to not provide me his information but i found his information and ID……I had a very disappointing experience due to his behavior ,I purchased a top that was missing a tag, and when I tried to return it the next day, he refused the refund because it was missing a tag! And claiming it was used despite the fact that I hadn’t even tried it on. To make matters worse, he smelled the garment in front of other customers, making a disgusted face as if it smelled terrible while his coworkers didn’t accept his idea either which was extremely humiliating and unprofessional. This kind of behavior from a store manager reflects a serious lack of customer service and proper management. I’m truly upset by how this situation was handled, and I don’t plan on shopping here again. And i will follow up this issue to the end ….

Called their customer service line. There was no automated introduction or options to choose from. It went straight to music on hold. Waiting for 30 minutes and the music was still playing. Do they even have anyone on the other side answering the phone? I called because I wanted to see if they have an item I want to purchase in store before traveling all the way there from Surrey.

Extremely rude employee telling us when we were trying something on that it was staff area?… all was there was a mirror and a hanging bar for clothes. Wouldn’t move to let us try on after she tried taking away the item we had hanged..? It was in the middle of the store literally. Brown girl.
