Love Zara and their clothes…. However time and time again this location disappoints, in the customer service aspect.Just about, every time I have used there fitting rooms, staff are so un-helpful and seem bothered when you ask for another size. On 3 separate visits I had asked for different sizes and it takes staff 10-15 minutes to bring the item, if they ever do.Staff have told me “no more in that size” for me to go out on the floor and find multiple correct sizes.It just seems lazy.Constant long lines, and only one poor cashier. I don’t understand why they can’t staff the cash counter more.

The Indian employees hate their job and hate seeing people come to the regular counter for returns when the return counter and manager personally came over to send people across empty counters in the store because the "return" counter has only 1 employees and 20+ people with 4 large bags each. They'll do whatever they can to send you back to hell hole of the return line. STAND YOUR GROUND AND STAY IN THE LINE

Haven't been here for ages, love the new interior design. The lighting is good, spacing for the merchant makes a lot more sense, music is not too loud.A much better shopping environment compared to the past.Great selection of apparel.

Terrible terrible! I bought a coat yesterday at this location, unfortunately they didn't take the Metal detector off. Now I have to waste my time to go back to get this thing off. Last night there were 2 cashiers training their new person and no one (basically 6 eyes) has paying attention. Super disappointing! I contacted their customer service, they were no help at all. Basically since it's the store matter, its not their business. So beware!!!

I was trying two jackets in front of the mirror in the store, and one of the staffs told me to try them on in the fitting room and she took away one of the jackets I was gonna purchase. Really? We cannot try jackets on in front of the mirror? What is the mirror for then. I am confused because other people were trying the jakes on in front of the mirror in the store.She was angry and organizing the clothes that were left by some customers. I’m not the one who made the mess. How she treats the customer is very wrong.

Zara has great collection for classic pieces and colours. However, sometimes I struggle to find pieces that work for me as I am a petite 4'10". But there a certain pants that fit me but of course need alterations to shorten.I hope they include more petite friendly sized in the future. I also love their perfume range.

Terrible service! Arrived tues at 1030am, not busy in the store. Asked an associate for help looking for a particular pair of denim jeans and she just pointed me in a general direction and told me look there. When arriving at that section, I was told they were taking pictures for the store and I couldn’t go browse (which is fine but maybe use a rope to corner off the area). Just the way customers are treated here (which is lack of service), turns me off completely from ever stepping foot in this store or buying any future products from them.

Horrible customer service. Do not give them your business, trust me. I wanted to call and speak to the store before I drive and go there, not to waste time. Anyway, Zara stores don't have phone numbers anymore. I called head office and they confirmed Zara stores no longer have phone numbers. You can't reach the store by any means. You have to physically go into the store. I told the rep this is ridiculous, I have a question and want to confirm something with someone at the store, before I go in, not to waste my time. The agent was rude and said there is no way for me to do that. I asked for his manager, he said he doesn't have a manager. There is no manager at Zara's head office. Brutal customer service. Learned my lesson. Never shopping at Zara again. If you want to be respected as a customer, I suggest you to shop elsewhere...

I recently had a disappointing experience at the Zara store in Metrotown, where I encountered a lack of professionalism and mutual support among the Indian employees, including the manager. It was disheartening to witness how they seemed to protect and enable each other's unfriendly behavior towards customers. As someone who values good customer service, I found this situation to be highly unsatisfactory.I believe it is important for any retail establishment, regardless of the employees' backgrounds, to prioritize customer satisfaction. Friendly and attentive service should be the norm, and any form of unprofessional conduct or indifference should not be tolerated.

Third experience on various weekdays and weekend. Place is an utter chaos, the worst floor design I have ever seen, can never find a size in stock. And don't even try to return something at this location, you are lucky if there is more than once cashier to start, the cashiers work in slow motion, they take their time putting security tags on every single item, then hang them nicely on a hanger, then hanging them on a rack while line up gets bigger and bigger, there's no sense of urgency at all. I was returning 4 items, had two people ahead of me in the lineup, took me a solid 30+ minutes to do this return. Long story short just don't bother shopping or returning here.

Bad customer service. Employees are not bad but a manager I dealt with today - he wouldn't give me his name - said that he isn't allowed to give his name! What?!? Ridiculous! He couldn't count 30 days from the online shipment date and refused to give me a refund - not even a store credit. He kept cutting me off and didn't let me finish my sentences. He brushed me off by telling me to just call Zara customer service. Such a bad customer service for such a big company. Zara should definitely work on hiring better customer service oriented and more competent managers.Spoke with customer service. Useless. She told me to go talk to the store. She also talked over me and didn't try to understand or resolve the issue. Seems like it's their standard practice to make customers run in circles as I saw similar reviews online.

had a really bad experience at the female section's cashier this evening at Metrotown Zara store. have been a royal customer for over ten years. I can't believe that zara would hire someone who preformed such a low quality of customer service. The young male cashier was rude when I asked for a price adjustment. He didn't explain the changes of the policy or try to be helpful. His tone of voice showed that he didn't care and was not willing to talk to you. I was so mad which have never been treated like this at any zara stores before. Luckily the sales at the men's selection was much helpful and showed me the solution. Will highly recommend for an improvement in hiring and customer service review.Also, be aware that they do not do price adjustment now which is pretty unusual for big retail stores in Canada. They might change the polices recently which personally think that they should kindly inform the customers. Sadly for this change, they may lose great amount of royal customers.

I went to this store for a return. I had the case # for an exceptional return which I had been provided by Zara Customer Support via phone call.Had to wait half an hour in front of the counter while the manager calls the head office to confirm the case, and then lectured me about their return policy(which they had already done via call)…and the worst part is that then the staff didn’t even confirm the number of items I was returning, nor did they provide any paper receipt.I asked for a paper receipt and the staff just told me “it’s going to be an email” and walked away.I waited around the counter for a few minutes until I received an email from Zara. And of course one of the items were missing. (I returned 6 items and it only stated 5 on the receipt)Now I’m not even getting the money back for a shirt I returned.I understand it’s a busy store and the employees are probably stressed out. But they should definitely be more informative and try not to be so rude to customers who try to return items.

This was a super disappointing visit. It used to feel as if Zara was a bit higher end, classier store (for a mall store), but this last visit was an unfortunate one.The store had a strange set-up of sections and seemed very under-filled despite the size. The clothes seemed cheaply constructed, and there was very little planning into how things were presented. The associates were helpful, but that was the only redeemable aspect to the visit; They did not have the item I was specifically looking for but did attempt to locate an alternative. Despite this, I will probably skip this store in the future after this visit.
