Committed to upholding the highest environmental standards, the landfill is unique in design and operations. With a liner system double the BC Ministry of Environment’s regulatory standard, an active gas collection system which converts landfill gas into electricity, along with the flexibility to support the long-term goal of zero waste, the landfill is a leader in environmental best practices. The Campbell Hill Landfill operates under Wastech Services which is the environmental entity of Belkorp.
