While on vacation we broke down at Clinton. Called for a part. It was delivered within an hour. We were so grateful for the incredible service and kindness in a bad situation. Thank you to the staff. It's customer service like that that gains loyalty. It's more and more rare in this day and age and we are truly appreciative.

My car broke down outside of cache Creek, and 2 nights in a row had to phone in for parts right before closing time. I had the same gentleman both evenings, and the service was excellent! He was very professional and didn't seem bothered by us coming in just before closing and keeping them a few minutes late.Thanks again for the great service and help!

I was in the area visiting from Texas and got to the store just before 5:00 p.m. and they were already closed and wouldn't open the doors. I was in a rental that had a broken jack and I had just gotten a flat tire, and that's all I needed to buy. A business is only as good as the people that work there, and the two people working this day seemed the care more about getting off of work then helping someone out. The lady came out at 5:03 and I told her what had happened and she just Shrugged her shoulders. Terrible.
