My wife and I came here to cash/deposit ministry cheques, and despite my wife having several point of ID - they refused to help her at this branch, and that caused my wife to obviously be islet, as it it's a violation of our rights to debt services despite providing legal documents proving identification, and the teller filed a complaint saying that she was attacking her verbally but, all she did was proclaim that it was a joke that they wouldn't serve her, and that doesn't constitute as "attacking" a teller but, it's literally an expression towards the situation, and today when we all went in with all her identification and every other piece of supporting document, and they refused her service and told her to call the number she called, and on calling the number - they insisted that all she needed was to "go into the branch and set it up".When we did go into the branch again, I made sure they needed to understand that they aren't legally allowed to refuse her based on her pieces of identification, and they asked us to sit down and wait.We waited with our kids and after a while they called us into the office, just to state that they will not do service with her because she was "verbally abusive towards the teller" and then told us to leave.The stupid thing is though, she has an issued card with her name on it, and emails stating her account is active, and she just needs to go into the branch and activate the card, and the so called "manager" issued a statement saying that she isn't welcome to any RBC branch or HSBC branch, all because they refused to help her open an account.Don't support this branch.They're rude and mean to people, and clearly don't care that families in need of help just need help.

I don't usually write reviews after I visit somewhere but these current couple visits were unforgettable moments. Aurelia was very happy to help me with creating an account, sending and receiving money internationally, and applying for credit card. Most of them could be done through the Internet but she was always willing to help me out. Super friendly! I can't thank her enough. Thank you so much Aurelia:)

Dealt with RBC for a very long time. I am disgusted to say that my daughter was treated horribly in the Cache Creek Branch recently. In light of the BMO incident where indigenous people were racially profiled, I expected better , I demand better. We will be taking this up directly with the Branch.
