I've always left this establishment feeling confident and safe in my vehicle.
The staff are very friendly and I always enjoy my visits at North Island Lube !
They fixed an issue for me.. thanks to another oil change company.. who could not fix their own mistake during a coolant flush , which was to burp air bubbles out of the radiator. Because now my car wasn't blowing hot air anymore.
And all that *other* oil change place did was suggested that I go to a mechanic , at my own cost , to fix their mistake.
So I went to North Island Lube , and in a few minutes I was rolling with hot air again. Thanks to Bailey's , the knowledgable mechanic.
I feel they are very reasonable and fair.
They've managed to revive my 2001 Toyota Celica GT. And keep her running strong with healthy fluids.
I've even had the pleasure of getting a complimentary vacuuming a couple of times when they weren't very busy.

For context every other shop is booking weeks in advance and were quick to turn me away. Not only did they help me, but they were kind and thoughtful around the situation I was in. They were willing to drive to where my renter was and get my van in tip top shape once again. Our motorhome had engine issues in August and this team of professionals did so much to help us get the repairs done. “Review is a bit late but better late than never. Ran into a problem with my RV trailer in August as we were leaving Campbell River. Valve stem cracked and was leaking air. Was on a timeline to return to the South Island. Called around. Another Large tire chain shop said 4-5 hours till they could look at my tire. The staff at Associated tire said they would fit me right in. I drove back. They dropped everything, did valve stems on both my tires and the spare tire and I was back on my way in about 15-20mins. The whole team helped out. Price was super reasonable. I looked at new tires and got an honest opinion that mine were fine and did not need new ones. Incredible service.”
