Love the yoga classes. All the instructors are very knowledgeable and can accommodate beginners and experienced in the same class. Highly recommend. Everyone needs yoga ?♀️ ❤️

Great gym. Great staff. Equipment is well kept and clean. Great upstairs for cardio or stretches. I love the removable punching bag. Lots of yoga equipment. If you can take the classes they are wonderful. Caring non judgmental and loving staff. Also most of the people who go to this gym are very helpful and very friendly. I am shy so it takes some getting used to.My only complaint is the teenagers. I had one go boo to his friend and shake him with 70 lb dumbells in his hands and was inchs from me. Sometimes there isn't enough room to work out because they are having a half hour confab. If you don't like crowds or have claustrophobia this is not your gym.I started going late in the evenings which has proven to be better. Although they have a wonderful selection of pre-workout drinks and protein powders.

We’ve been going here for almost a decade. The staff are always kind, the equipment is in excellent shape and the gym is always fresh and clean. There’s no other gym I’d rather go.

Needs a bit higher level of maintenance and tidiness.Lots of good equipment, good parking and cordial staff.I just got back from holidays and see that grips I was concerned with have all been upgraded, and the gym is looking great ????

Have been training at gyms for almost 46 years now ...this is a well maintained facility and the cleanest gym I have ever been a member of ... the staff are the best

Great gym, the girls keep it very clean. All the staff is fantastic and Brooklyn and Carly at the front desk are amazing at greeting everyone that walks in.
