I've had awful experiences every time going to this store. Managers have terrible customer service, and speaking with employees isn't easy. Also, it is the most expensive, bourgeoisie store I've ever been to across Canada. My family boycotts this store.

The store has been completely irresponsible in allowing people to overbuy during the coronavirus. Vulnerable people with ongoing health issues cannot get sanitizers, alcohol wipes and antibacterial cleaners. Shelves are emptied of canned goods, flour, and other necessities. Pure greed on the part of both the hoarders and the stores. Clean up your act. Behave like a responsible citizen. Limit all purchases so that everybody can have food and be safe..

They have the best employees that know their stuff and are awesome people. They will go out of their way to help, not to mention they sponsor so many great causes!

Great staff ... some still around from the Overwaitea days ... who are friendly and willing to help. Store is clean and well stocked. The best in town among the bigger grocery stores.

The new store President is saving the entire chain of stores by price-matching as the store used to do years ago. Most staff in Campbell River are awesome and know them by name: Arlana, Dar, Mike, Karen, Ethan, Scott.......and Frank in produce is great too! Only issue I have had is store security is too aggressive in watching people. I am not the only one who does not like it.

Great grocery store with a wide array of items! Very clean and orderly. It put most of the US grocery stores to shame. Includes a pharmacy and bakery, as well as other miscellaneous items outside of groceries.
