We have been spending the winter in NorthIsle and make Quinsam Shell our one stop shop. We can wash the RV, fuel up, get propane and fresh water and there is a sani-dump also. Clean, organized, in good repair, competitive prices and with the friendliest, most competent staff. Well done Quinsam Shell🙌🏻

Each time we stop for our after camping dump from the trailer...I go in for a coffee . Every time, the staff greets me with a genuine smile and a fond farewell.

I think the only self serve Car Wash in CR. Starbucks, fast food and liquor store nearby.

The first cashier who took my status was kind &
The cashier who was checking me out who was indigenous herself, decided she got to choose if I was ‘aboriginal enough’ stating I do not look First Nations nor sound it. She proceeded to tell me the person on my status card that literally looks like me doesn’t? When it obviously very much does. It saddens me and makes me feel humiliated given the issues going on towards indigenous peoples that she is going to show racist views towards another only because I don’t look it (I am Haida & some Haidas can be more pale given we are far more northern) and don’t sound it. I hope this is addressed & taken seriously as I won’t be returning here due to this experience.

Most of the time I pull up to a pump and it's always out of service. I'd appreciate if they put cones out to block them off in the future. I hate pulling up and getting out of my car all to have to pull around to another pump. I don't always look at the screen before getting out.

One of the best gas stations on the north island highway 19, Friendly staff, awesome selection of in store stuff.
Edit: Routinely get gas, drinks and stuff here. And now that Starbucks has moved in across the parking Lot, I'll be in more often. I love the new changes coming to Quinsam Crossing. This place is awesome.

I went there for a propane tank fill up. It was a Sunday and not super busy. The person at the counter told me they were on a break and to comeback in a hour. The word service can be applied very loosely to this station. Will not go there again.

This used to be a great place to stop on our trips up and down island. Their prices USED to be comprable or less.Now they are 2-4 cents higher. But worse, it has multiple pumps with non working self pay pumps with no signage saying you need to go in. We saw at least 3 other cars struggle and move to di fferent pumps (just like us) because they thought they were not working. At a busy place it is even more frustrating.

Since no one seems to want to mention it or add it to the list of services. Yes, there is a sani-dump here. Lots of room to pull around your big rv or park nearby too.
