About Tyee Plaza
Tyee Plaza is showing its age in places and has new stores that popped up in 2025, improved the selection. The plaza includes No Frills supermarket and Miki's Restaurant and Miki's Sushi, one of the best sushi restaurants. The food is delicious, reasonably priced and the atmosphere is fun. Staff are friendly and helpful. The ferry to Quadra Island is only 15min, the scenery is amazing and the ticket includes return fare. Customer could get good food order online the app and the customer service is excellent. The family have lived here for more then 73 years and love town forever.

It’s showing its age in places, typical old school plaza. Some new stores have popped up in 2025, which has improved the selection there. No Frills supermarket being one of them.

Visited a variety of shops there and had a pizza slice for lunch.
