“I stopped by the Reitmans in Campbell River after work. I realized the store was going to close in 10 minutes when I got to the door. I mentioned it to the young clerk, Alia, she said it was okay, to take my time. She was very welcoming.
I tried to find what I needed as fast as I could. She was helpful and friendly. She provided some of the best customer service I have had in a very long time.
I ended up keeping her 10 minutes past closing, and apologized. She never wavered in her excellent customer service.
