Honesty can't say enough about this company ...our rep Brent (Kelowna) was very knowledgeable, helpful. Very through and quick with the quote. Cassidy in Cranbrook, so on top of our move! Everybody that reached out regarding our move was more than informative and helpful when our bin was.on the move. Five stars goes to Robert in Nanaimo for his professionalism not only on the phone, but delivery of our bin. Courteous, friendly and personable. Such a great company that obviously guides their staff to greatness! Moving can be quite stressful and they turned it into great experience. Very smooth and efficient operation!

I used Big Steel Box in our move from Calgary to Vancouver Island in 2009.
I have had to store and move our belongings again and did not hesitate to use the same company.
The service in Nanaimo/Ladysmith is OUTSTANDING.
If you need storage or moving containers do not hesitate to call, and I would suggest you ask for Cody!

Used BSB to move cities, with storage of the container for a period of time. The pick up and drop off drivers were great at communicating and the staff helped sort a permit for street parking the box while it was being unloaded. Hopefully I dont need to move again anytime soon but if I do I will use their services again!

Thank you to Nanaimo's site manager Cody Jensen and his team. I purchased a container to be delivered to Gabriola Island which presented some challenges. I am impressed with the way the quotation, sale and delivery processes were professionally accomplished. My container arrived on time in great condition and is now sitting level.

Service with bid steel box in the Shuswap was great. However they dropped the ball when delivering to Nanaimo barge. Tried to coordinate with a barge company and other islanders to share barge 400$/hr. Big steel box was a no show!

Terrible, they lost our pick up date and left us stranded at our house with the new owners complain we didn’t have our stuff out , full can loaded in the driveway waiting for hours

Generally if your looking for container storage , during a build, or looking for short term storage, or long term, Big steel box is a good place to start.

It made my move convenient and easy with this company even with the short notice. They even assist me getting a permit from the city. Big steel box friendly staff and nice drivers made my first experience in renting a bin great. Thank you????
