They dropped the container when they said they would, picked it up when they said they would, and had it in my new city sooner than quoted. Excellent communication every step of the way. The unit arrived very clean, and while we encountered a rain/hail storm when packing it, not a drop of water came inside, so I have no doubts about the weatherproofness. 5 star service!
