The BC SPCA West Kootenay has very friendly, helpful, and kind staff with bright smiles and great attitudes. They do amazing things for animals and run a very worthy cause. The adoption process is delightful, from viewing animals online to answering questions. They make it very hard for an animal lover not to take everyone home. The organization also appreciates donations from their wish list.

These guys got my dog (after someone found him wandering and delivered him there). He came out happy to see us (after we proved a little proof he was ours). Both the ladies were very kind, bright smiles and great attitudes.
