“I can't say enough about the service from Kootenay Valley Cycles. I ordered two jerseys from here but one arrived wrong. Chris went above and beyond to rectify the mistake. Since then, I have ordered another jersey, plus some tires. Everything arrived quickly and was exactly as advertised. Don't hesitate to use this store. Chris is fantastic to deal with.”

“Thanks to Drew and the team for fixing my bike as I raced the BC Epic 1000. Accurate assessment of the issue, explanation of what needed to be done, and work completed got me back on course quickly !”
