CIBC Online, Mobile and Telephone Banking are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Please note: Transactions conducted on weekends and holidays or after 6 p.m. EST will be effective the next business day.

For simple transactions, incredibly long phone waits and lackluster generic investing advice, they are wonderful. Not my favourite bank, but not the worst. TD gets a thumbs up and Royal gets an epic thumbs down while CIBC gets half of my business cuz they are the nearest to my house:)

Your hours still display open till 5pm. Closing time was reduced to 4:30pm and now 4pm. CIBC account security is at an all time low. The fraud department struggles to keep up with current scams. The tellers have always been nice, unfortunately kindness does not protect our assets.

They only work from 10am to 4pm and close on their lunch break.
