Husband got me a tablet from here as a present. When I opened it Christmas morning it had already been used and was locked with a pattern password. They sold him a used tablet that had been repackaged to look brand new. Didn't offer us any componsation for their mistake or the time we wasted driving 2 hours back to the store with it and they didnt even offer to reset it or nothing just refund us.. so much for my Christmas present of a tablet. horrible experience and will probably never even step inside this store again because of it.
