“This is a very helpful CIBC branch. Versus their neighbouring community’s branch it is a night and day experience. They appear to genuinely want to problem solve, help and be informative. If they’re unable to do something, they’re forthcoming and explain why it’s not possible. They come across as knowledgeable and having a good handle on what they are doing.
Someone else mentioned they’re slow but remember you never know what that client brought to the wicket and some transactions are more complex than others. I’d say they are efficient at handling their transactions.”

“The only reason I give 5 stars is because Donna is awesome and does as much as possible to help whenever I've needed her help with anything related to banking. I have had terrible interactions with the male manager and debated never going to this branch again however Donna changed this and there is a few good staff here not many but a few. Hopefully they change the management as the guy is arrogant and ignorant and they lose customers because of his terrible attitude.”

Early morning or just about closing ' - we all assume the line will take forever. But guaranteed these ladies are time improving. Line checking ✔️ making the client's visits either residents or tourists of the bank of monterals- in Duncan's community of British Columbia Town of totems. Best of thee best.
