If your reading this Dubble check your receipts they Dubble charge you. When you use your 7/11 points they charge you extra so you have to give them cash. They are professional scam artists. They get away with it because they are so busy. On top of that it is very unsanitary. I'm thinking of calling the authorities it so nasty there. There gas pumps are always broken and they over charge there gas price. The prices don't match the ltrs that's posted. Go to the chevron down the road much nicer then the 7/11

Um, customer service was epic!! Especially for such a busy spot.. But can we talk about the chicken? Like an absolute wow! New to BC, didn't know you could buy such deliciousness at a 7-eleven. Wow!! The fella even made a fresh batch.
Better than KFC. The price and amount was beyond respectful.. more than a decent amount.My new love for chicken.

Great little place to get some snacks might be a little over priced for some items though, great selection of slurpy flavours, hygiene of the place it pretty bad tho also the food could be hours old and taste bland like there wedges but it’s just an in and out stop over all great place to grab some chips better then the other gas station in town

Manager is very friendly, always got hot coffee ready and they'll heat up food for you when you request it unless it's that east Indian guy working he won't heat up anything for you and will come up with a excuse not to work and is very rude every other staff member I've come across here as been great just not that one guy he's a jerk for some reason.Clean store lots in stockGood options for slurpees

Harpinder thinks I don't know. He destroyed my food on purpose On the 16th at 9:45pm.On the 18th at 9:45 he said my card was declined. Which was untrue. I paid cash and he offered no receipts.On the 19th he denied it and admitted, childishly he kept the cash for himself. Trying to aggravate me. I did nothing to deserve this behaviour and will press charges if possible.I suspect he doesn't like white people. Or he is too incompetent for employment.All the local east Indians behave this way in businesses in town.Can't shop at Joe's or chevron for these reasons.

Went to grab checked wings , at 11:15, the employee was so rude , I called him thrice didn’t response at all, just ignore me . Then I called the other employee to help me. Looks like they don’t wanna work .

Just when 7-11 was getting better.....I have gone into 7-11 5 or 6 times in the last couple weeks and the entire store is sick!!! Not only that but when they try to go home all you hear is the manager telling them no. Or they need to find cover b4 going home. Half the store is out with this sickness!!! Smarten up manager

Gross. The coffee bar isn't being cleaned regularly, the staff are unhappy, not rude, but not nice either. The garbages are usually overflowing and when I got some wings the other day, the guy didn't bother changing his gloves after handling other people's purchases. Corporate really needs to pay this dump a visit. It's seriously gone downhill in the last 2 years.

I stopped in here a few days ago and was immediately stopped at the door by 2 homeless people begging me for money and food. I seriously couldn't get into the store. This little tiny employee that you have come out and somehow managed to get them not only to leave the door area but get off the property. I can't even tell you how many times myself and other customers are harassed trying to get into your store. That girl is the ONLY one who has tried to do something about this problem. She deserves a raise.....instead she was given death threats, told she wouldn't make it from the door to her car ect. She didn't back down. Congrats to her for finally trying to do something about the constant problem you have there

Floors haven't been washed in a long time. Bathroom had stacks of toilet/paper towels beside the toilet. Used the other bathroom didn't have any paper towels. Then when I tall to the employee. He's sick as hell, can barely speak. HES SERVING FOOD! My food. THE WORSE 7 -11, IVE EVEN SEEN IN 50 YEARS. The entire store is dirty and messy :( I'll remember not to come back. And I'll make sure to tell everyone I know. If this is all of chetwynd I'll never try to eat here again

Went in to get 10 to 20 dollars in loonies. And I was told they don't give change. Ever when they did it the previous weekend. As the small girl was refusing to help me. There were 2 women arguing with another staff member. A male who completely ignores people. As he had to do a transaction 3 times and she was less then happy.i had to deal with him. He scanned my stuff then walked away to help some young pretty girl in the store. I almost took my stuff I bought but I never new it was paid for.I think this store needs some new management along with someone who actually knows how to clean floors and bathrooms. It has to be the most filthy store I've ever been in. However after the rude staff there I wont ever go there for anything I'm sure Chevron will love the extra customers.if I was a owner I would go there and fire all the staff. Sorry just being honestThank you unsatisfied customer.
