Scotiabank has absolutely the worst banking app, and telephone customer service I’ve ever experienced!!!! 100% regret coming back to Scotiabank!!! Just not worth the frustration!!! Any other bank has got to be better than this one!!! This review is for Scotiabank as a whole!!! Not Scotiabank Chetwynd, they’re the only reason I gave Scotiabank a second chance!!!

If you go into the branch, the service is great. If you're trying to call the branch directly...forget it, calls all go to a call center, who knows where!
