This used to be a good 7-Eleven years ago... Now it's horrible. Don't bother doing SKIP orders from them. 95% of the time they will get wrong.

The wedges and chicken strips are always so gross and chewy if you cooked them a minute or two longer they would be good

Do not pick up skip or door dash, tall older lady white or native was very rude. Tells me to turn off my car and I can't cancel order, she said we don't have the order, we are contractors lady, we can cancel any orders. She clearly has issues. Should not be working here . I left the store to get away from her asap.

I was treated terribly by one of the girls who work there. I'm ok not going there ever again. All she wanted was me out of the store. Very terrible service. Then telling me as the customer to move out of her way and basically shoving me out of the way. And rushing through everything when almost nobody was in there. Yeah worst place to go.

Rude staff. Would not give straws for slushy even though they had some. Said straws are for skip the dishes orders only. Ridiculous!

I've been going to this 7-11 for a good year now it used to be run so well but since losing most of their quality night staff this place has been awful an entire week with the debit "down" I'd like to know how it's down when my transaction went through your machine perfectly fine before you hit cancel and are forcing customers to use cash only it's a real shame that I might have to go directly to corporate just to see this location ran competently

Calling Canadian food inspection agency.... This place deserves -100 stars
Staff is inconsiderate and unkind...
Ordered a Slurpee and once I finished noticed a cotton ball at the end of my Slurpee which was gut wrenching...extremely rude employee when I called to notify what they have done .. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE!!!! Canadian food inspection agency will be inspecting this location.
This store doesn't even deserve any stars... Finding out after drinking a whole Slurpee only to see there's a huge cotton ball at the end is utterly gut wrenching. I am now having to go see my doctor to get blood test to make sure I do not have a disease now....

Don't order Doordash from this location!! They gave me 3 of the stalest potato wedges I've ever had. They also lied about the amount I ordered when I called them. I confirmed this with Doordash. And 711 switched the phone over to 3 different people, and very insensitive 'manager'
