Great variety of plate loaded and stackable weight machines as well as free weights several racks with adjustable stops for benching, squatting , deadlift etc also several leg machines ..leg press , pendulum squat , belt squat and hip thrust . Several cardio machines all equipment in good shape clean and well Maintained great vibes highly recommended.

It's over priced with random extra 20-30$ charges, the phone is never answered and the staff are almost never there which makes it difficult to cancel.

This place is sick, they have really changed things up over the past few years. The gym is clean, the equipment is well maintained and the vibes are conducive to a killer workout. 10/10 space

Any excuse I can use to go here even though I have two other anytimes closer to me. One of those gyms where you can tell that the owner lifts.

Trainers will take the equipment your using for their class. Trainers also do not look the part. Trainers set up a automatic hiit program and call it a training session. This gym is a complete scam if you're looking to be "trained". Go to the one across town it's 10x better.

DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS: Genuinely the worst experience I’ve had at ANY gym. I signed up, paid the $180 enrollment fee and when I came back in the next day they told me I can’t get a refund. Staff weren’t trained in how to deal with a cancellation AT ALL and told me “the cancellation period is just to get out of the contract, not a refund”. When they asked for proof of payment, they said the emailed transaction receipt isn’t good enough. The BC Consumer Protection law allows consumers to cancel and get a refund within 10 days. They took my money and they’re not giving it back and I’ve been back and forth with them for the past 4 weeks and still haven’t gotten my money. I’ve tried to be civil but this is becoming increasingly frustrating. I hope their members aren’t okay with theft because that’s exactly what they’re doing to their members along with anybody that hands them a credit card.

Don't go to this gym. Would recommend going to the downtown location as the service and facility there is significantly better.

Cancelled my membership within 24hrs and they said no refunds. Took they took the $180 enrolment fee and I’m sure they’re laughing. Definitely do not sign up here.
