“had a awesome experience here, bought a jacket as a gift and had some trouble finding the right one but a lady ended up fishing one out of the back for me, i mean the original person helping me got kinda annoyed when i questioned pricing but honestly no big deal i was being really complicated she said i can hangout there some more for the manager and i’m so glad i did, the whole team was awesome from getting correct pricing to helping me with paying ( i hit my debit limit) so they kept them in the back for me, super kind and helpful, as well as friendly, the manager was super awesome and has incredible patience. i forget their names but two lady’s helped me greatly and were really really nice mother kind of vibes, i felt really well taken care of as a customer and 100% will recommend their service to everyone. just really refreshing to have people help out like that and be human.”

“Who ever left a 1 star is completely wrong. The section is small but has what you need with constant sales. The ladies working that section are knowledgeable and very kind. I don't leave reviews often but that 1 star just wasn't it and they deserve better.”

“Shout out to the post office clerk at the Cottonwood London Drugs yesterday afternoon!I believe her name was Jessica. I had something to send to a friend in Winnipeg, and right as she started serving me (would’ve been between 2:45-3:15pm), she got a sudden rush of customers but handled us very efficiently and with enthusiasm. It did help that everyone was understanding that she was on her own at the time but she didn’t get flustered one bit!What a champ! ???”
