“Awesome service. I had an issue with my 2003 dodge Ram where the coolant kept disappearing out of the reservoir with no leak to be found. Called around and everyone was to busy to look at it but when I called this place he was able to fit me in that day to take a look at it. I would have never guessed but it turned out just to be a cracked radiator cap. I changed it and problem was solved. Very thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it.”

They took my car Tuesday morning and it was returned Friday afternoon. So clean & tidy it looked like it was just driven off the lot! “The staff here are really approachable and helpful. I love that Home Hardware carries products that no one else has as well, it doesn't feel like I'm shopping at any other big box store. When they were out of stock on an item I came in for, instead of sending us to their location in Sardis, they had it delivered to the store that same day. We went across the street to the Rona for other things we needed, and they called me within an hour to tell me that it had just arrived. I can't remember her name, but the woman who runs the paint counter has been so pleasant the last few times we came to the shop, and she remembered who I was after our first visit there.”

“Just wanted to thank all the kind people that was working at lordco closing shift Wednesday January 14th 2026. You guys are amazing and went above and beyond to help me. I was coming from Boston bar and broke down in hope I called the store with 40 minutes to closing inquired about the parts which they had so I asked them to wait for me I ordered a cab that got me there shortly after 8 and the staff had my parts at the till I got rang thru and made it back to my truck fixed the problem and made it home safely.Again can’t thank you guys enough”
