“Awesome service. I had an issue with my 2003 dodge Ram where the coolant kept disappearing out of the reservoir with no leak to be found. Called around and everyone was to busy to look at it but when I called this place he was able to fit me in that day to take a look at it. I would have never guessed but it turned out just to be a cracked radiator cap. I changed it and problem was solved. Very thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it.”

“I called for some help with my air bag compressor that wasn’t working and they called me back and could get one next day and fit me in to install it considering I called last min and needed everything to be working in a day, instead he just told me to come in right away and we went a different route to get me going. “I would like to give a higher rating but this is as high as I could go. I went into the Vedder Rd. Location as I needed wiper blades. I went to the parts counter to get assurance I had grabbed the correct ones for my vehicle. Rod assisted me and I also asked if someone could possibly help replace my old ones as I'm disabled. Not only did he replace them, the previous wiper left rubber on my windshield, he went back in the store grabbed a razor blade and removed it so I did not wreck the new ones. He went above and beyond and when he was finished I asked if I could get him a coffee or anything to which he declined.”

“After a non stop back and forth with Abbotsford Toyota not being able to figure out what’s wrong with my tundra, I brought it to Valley Toyota in Chilliwack. They figured it out in a day! The service manager was absolutely amazing and had 12/10 customer service, as was Savannah in the service department. The techs at this location seem to be extremely skilled and knowledgeable. Overall an 11/10 experience, I will only be getting work done from them from now on.”

“Cheap to get my car out of impound. They were bright enough to notice my door couldn't be locked or I would be locked out due to damage on my car driver doors and left it unlocked for me to be able to get into when I paid to have it back and I thank them very much for that extra hassle free situation there. Even though they could have gotten into it anyways it's the fact they were bright enough to not do it in the first place shows that their really using their brains here 10 out of 10”
