“Brough in my Nissan pathfinder for an ICBC claim. From beginning to end I had excellent service.
Booking was made easy, even when i had reschedule last minute they were accommodating and easy to work with. When I arrived for an estimate I had my kids in the car sleeping and they let me wait in my car and did the estimate on the spot.
Once I picked it up it was detailed cleaned inside and out so immaculately. I had gone up to the Okanagan a few weeks before and had tough bug spots on my hood that were all gone !
Overall very happy with my experience and their expertise. They will be the first place I call if I need another job done.”

“Awesome service. I had an issue with my 2003 dodge Ram where the coolant kept disappearing out of the reservoir with no leak to be found. Called around and everyone was to busy to look at it but when I called this place he was able to fit me in that day to take a look at it. I would have never guessed but it turned out just to be a cracked radiator cap. I changed it and problem was solved. Very thankful to have found this place and highly recommend it.”

“Bought a brand new 2026 Toyota Sienna XSE from Sidewinders, and their customer service is absolutely top notch. When the van arrived, it was missing the black badging that had been promoted and quoted. Sidewinders went completely above and beyond they drove all the way from Chilliwack to Vancouver to pick up the van, handled a wheel alignment, and took it directly to Toyota to get the correct emblems switched out. Clint was incredibly helpful, on point, and an absolute gentleman. These guys are very nice, very attentive, and truly care about their customers. Highly recommend them for adaptive wheelchair vans”

“What a shop it is , and what a guy Loren is , I am pretty sure others would be great too just not experienced them. Anyways I went to a shitty mechanic before them, scanned up for miss fire in all 6 cylinders and right away he diagnosed that it needs 6 injectors, I have worked as automotive mechanic and I know only noobs starts changing parts immediately after scanning without ruling out all other possibilities. I thought he is noob but he said he will do something for me. Real shady stuff. Anyways I left that place and got to meet Loren. Was a turbo sensor and some carboned up manifold sensor.
So its a shop who takes care of your truck they just dont start changing parts. They value their name and reputation. And gives you good vibes. I would highly recommend to any one I know. Cheers”
