Horrible customer service. My husband passed away and I am still trying to get BMO to issue an Estate Cheque to his funds. Despite numerous appointments, documents including the Will and Death Certificate, BMO is now asking me to get a letter from a lawyer. An esteemed nationwide business should take more care in providing their loyal customers with accurate hours of operation to ensure our busy schedules can account for hours of operation. Not impressed with finding out the bank had closed a half hour before I got there. (maps said 5:30, I arrived and saw that it said 5 and have since submitted accurate hours based on their hours of operation posted in the window)

I Am extremely unhappy with their service, went into the bank because the froze my account wouldn't tell me why they froze my account or any information on it. The lady at the desk talked to someone over the phone (abm) and then she proceeded to give me a new bank card because mine was stolen then I asked her if she could withdrawl money for me and she rudely said " no its fraud I don't want to do that " and told me I can do it myself. It is extremely unacceptable that I had to call in everyday for 2 weeks to finally get my money unfrozen that has come into my account every month for the last 6 years. I will be closing my account soon and telling everyone I know to do the same.

Customer service was great but I was on the clock looks like they are always understaffed and wait time is long. Needed a pin for my son co-signed credit card bc what they sent for the pin is always unreadable. So been leaving the place without what we came for bc we were going to be late to the dentist and while there with the lady an other employee kept asking things to the lady helping us.It is frustrating

I would like to comment on the good service I received in this BMO location. I have been a client of BMO for 25 years( another location) and recently moved to this area. At this branch I am a new client and yet when I had an issue, they dealt with it efficiently and quickly. I particularly want to commend Charnelle, the manager, for her quick decision-making and practical kindness. Thank you BMO at Eagle Landing Parkway!

My wife Julia and I went there yesterday Wednesday, September 23,2020 at 3:00 pm to rescheduled appointment (we would like to know how much money can we get for mortgage). My wife Julia is BMO customer for 22 years. East indian Ange -customer service representative wanted us to sign some paper (we did not understand what does she want , we ask, she couldn't explain to us) .Then she gave us only last page to sing and she kept 3 pages for herself we asked 3 times for these pages to read them and then sing it, she sad no, then my wife Julia was disappointed and raised her voice, suddenly no "well trained manager came he started to screaming at my wife Julia to sing the paper, again he hold these 3 pages for himself no explanations, he didn't even know what was going on. My wife Julia and I we were very disappointed and shocked how they treat usNever, ever came back to these branch this was our first and last time.If I can give them( -10 ) I will.These employees are rude and arrogant including the manager!!!!!!!Peter& Julia

Went in there today to open an account , bank was empty and all offices were filled with the employees doing nothing looking at facebook or watching youtube, was then told there was nobody available that could help open an account. Will take my inheritance deposit somewhere else. Went to RBC and they were happy to take my money.

Talk about a bank that shows they care! This branch has gone above and beyond what would be expected from ANY bank time and time again for both my personal banking and business banking needs. Such friendly staff every time!

Poorly trained manager, refused to honor the promises made to me by BMO. First and last time I will ever visit this branch. After five minutes here, I was making appointments with other banks to discuss moving my personal, business, and investment accounts away from BMO..... just brutal
