“Tracy and the team at Westend went above and beyond. I had an ICBC claim for a broken window, they originally told me probably a month before it could get fixed. Tracey called me later that day and said they could get glass for the following day and could have it fixed shortly after. They also wanted to make sure my family and I could get around safely and lent us a courtesy car free of charge until our car was fixed. (Which was extremely helpful having just come out of the hospital with a newborn). I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. Truly one of the best shops around.”

“This is my first time using Fix Auto for a body repair I needed on any of my cars I have owned & to be honest, this definitely won’t be my last.
My first interaction @ the business I was greeted by reception, a very professional staff member greeted me with a welcome smile & explained to me the procedures of when I drop off my car & when it’s time to pick it up, the emails I received updating the process on my car, stating if the body work was been done, when it was in paint, when it was being detailed & finally say I could pick up my car, every body shop should have a system like this implemented @ their business.
The body work that was done looked amazing, great job to the body men & painter & to top off when I picked up my car, it looked brand new, great job to detailer.
I did have a quick interaction with the manager to thank me for my business, again a very professional manner.
