I was treated horribly on the phone after saying that I wasn't sure if it was a battery issue or the alternator, then ridiculed for it. Unprofessional. Rude. Condescending. And zero customer service. NEVER call this business. WORST POSSIBLE TOW COMPANY.

Paul was top notch and I will recommend him to anyone needing assistance while passing through the Chilliwack area. We had an unfortunate incident on Hwy 1 just east of Chilliwack where the drivers side rear tire/rim came off of the hub. This left us stranded on the shoulder with traffic racing by. We had spoken to Paul earlier in the day and he suggested we call him later to see where his jobs were at and if he fit us in. After calling numerous tow companies from 10:30 am to 6:00 pm, on the hottest day of the year and having no luck, I called Paul to see if he replace the hub at the side of the Hwy. He agreed to take the job but asked that I call him the next day at 9am. I did so and he agreed to have it done before 1pm that day. He kept his word and we were able to start our holiday. Thanks again Paul.

They have fast result and amazing service . Helped me tow my motorcycle and fix my car when It wouldn't start. The guy kept his cool when I was saying the addresses wrong.
