“Great Staff not only at the teller, but also at the floor staff a young lady with dark hair I believe her name was Lisa pointed me right to what I was looking for very appreciative for her help.
And a lady that was at the till I believe her name was Chris Was very nice to point out the discounts on certain items that I had picked up which Levi’s and was actually quite surprised at the savings

“Honestly feel like I could give more stars.
My partner went in for work shoes. We were greeted with great smiles and the lady helped us right away. I didn’t have to take off the back pack I was wearing nor did I feel I was being watched. They also had good costumer service as I was trying my best to look at a price up high with my Umbrella and the lady offered to take it down for me to take a better look.
Compared to other stores it’s definitely topped for costumer service. Great prices and my partner even got an unexpected %10 off!
We will definitely be back for more.”

“Truly impressed with the level of customer service with this store. 5 star from this happy customer. Thank you for being so understanding and helpful. I had bought a pair of jeans online probably 6 months ago maybe even longer. I live in Langley and when I received my order the jeans were just weren’t the right fit for me I went to return them to the Langley location but when arrived at the mall I realized the location was no longer there. I just never had the time for make it or another location and life got away from me. Next thing I know it’s months past the return date. I brought them in to the Chilliwack location with the receipt on my phone and they gave me a full store credit even though it was way past the return time frame. I was over the moon and started browsing the store right away. Love your store and style of clothes and most of all the great staff. Thanks again.”
“I can’t say enough about this store. The items are nice and fashionable for my little one. The prices are fair. The staff, especially Bobbi, are so incredibly helpful. When I bring my little one into the store. They get down on her level and treat her like the VIP person and I think it’s so nice. My daughter loves I here too. Will come here until she outgrows it.”

“The store seemed good but I found the maternity prices very disappointing. Pants were $35, including a pair from Walmart that probably cost that much brand new. Dresses were about $25, shirts $20. I just don't think for used clothes, some of which weren't even in great condition, that those prices are fair.”
