“I had a great experience in the Chilliwack store yesterday both of the staff members were friendly & helpful.I was also extremely happy with the selection in my size (plus size) unlike other stores in the area warehouse one Carrie’s all sizes in store & doesn’t make you order plus sizes on line.I was able to purchase multiple items & will definitely be back.”

“Honestly feel like I could give more stars.
My partner went in for work shoes. We were greeted with great smiles and the lady helped us right away. I didn’t have to take off the back pack I was wearing nor did I feel I was being watched. They also had good costumer service as I was trying my best to look at a price up high with my Umbrella and the lady offered to take it down for me to take a better look.
Compared to other stores it’s definitely topped for costumer service. Great prices and my partner even got an unexpected %10 off!

When I bring my little one into the store. They get down on her level and treat her like the VIP person and I think it’s so nice. My daughter loves I here too. Will come here until she outgrows it.”

“Have shopped here for many years now, at their previous location & this one. Always something I love & always honest comments from Leanne & her team on the fit & whether it suits me or not. I appreciate that because they’re not just trying to sell me something, they want me to look my best. Have bought everything from beautiful dresses, funky jeans, the coolest shoes, even my favourite purse/backpack is from Magnolia & Oak! Love how they support other local small businesses. Always happy with the quality of the clothing. Forever getting compliments on anything I wear to work that I’ve bought at Magnolia! I send everyone over there!”
“Went in here yesterday with my friend to get sweatpants when someone was following us and the really nice employee there (didn't know her name) took us to the back to hide while she called security to kick them out. Employees here are so nice and makes the store feel welcoming to go in”

“The store seemed good but I found the maternity prices very disappointing. Pants were $35, including a pair from Walmart that probably cost that much brand new. Dresses were about $25, shirts $20. I just don't think for used clothes, some of which weren't even in great condition, that those prices are fair.”
