I had bought a pair of jeans online probably 6 months ago maybe even longer. I live in Langley and when I received my order the jeans were just weren’t the right fit for me I went to return them to the Langley location but when arrived at the mall I realized the location was no longer there. I just never had the time for make it or another location and life got away from me. Next thing I know it’s months past the return date. I brought them in to the Chilliwack location with the receipt on my phone and they gave me a full store credit even though it was way past the return time frame. I was over the moon and started browsing the store right away. Love your store and style of clothes and most of all the great staff. Thanks again.”
