Came in at 4:45pm to locate my card which I had misplaced about an hour prior at the ATM inside the building.
Customer right in front of me needed extended help, so I wait patiently. A gentleman who the bank teller later referred to as the manager (taller man with a pink blazer) ignored me TWICE while I was the only other person waiting in the line-up.
At first, he contacted a lady at the door, helped her briefly, thanked her and left while purposefully avoiding eye contact with me (I stared right at him multiple times and I'm a heavy-set guy and I'm, again, the ONLY person actually in the lineup).
Five minutes later, customer in front still being helped by the only bank teller. Two other ladies are busy and do not offer to help me (reasonable enough). Out comes the manager again to help an older lady. The manager asks her if she's in the lineup when I speak up and say, "excuse me, but I'm in the lineup, too." Me and this older lady are ten feet away from each other, and yet the manager rudely interrupted what I was saying to ask, "oh, so you are together?" I was visibly upset at this point because the manager ignored me twice and has now interrupted and patronized me, and yet both him and the bank teller instantly got moody once they noticed I wasn't being 100% super-duper polite to them, despite the fact that the manager was CLEARLY way out of line and had obviously made an effort to purposefully ignore me.
Remember, I had only come in to try and locate my misplaced card. You wouldn't have a scathing review condemning your business if your staff practiced basic etiquette and didn't treat customers like they're stupid, fat rednecks who don't deserve the time of day!

Abysmal customer service. I am so frustrated with the lack of competent ability to help people. Do not bank here.

Have been trying to contact a Banking Specialist for 2 days. Leave a message but never hear back. I have been a member for over 30 years but am thinking about changing. The branch doesn't even call back.

I would give 0 if I could. I had issues from the get go. And the get go wasn’t very long ago. I have taken my financial needs elsewhere after a cancelled appointment without followup communication for the 3rd or 4th time.
Total gong show.

My local branch seems to be in crisis, we are well over COVID19 yet the ability to staff a reasonably sized branch appears out of the reach of this so called customer centric business. The floor space is huge, with offices filled with staff around the inside perimeter allowing staff to see how busy the desk staff are, by the numbers of clients waiting in line. This all appears to of zero use, at most there’s 2 staff at the desk, waiting times can range from 5 minutes upwards, depending on the amount of business the clients needs to transact or the speed of the customer service representative. On a slightly different note, who’s idea from the 9th floor of this organization was it to inflict Collabria cards in us all? I was quite happy with the previous offering. Incorrect start dates of 1st Oct,which turned out to be 10th Oct, issues with setting up card details and so forth made a rather simple system turn into a farce, even Collabria staff didn’t know how to resolve the issues.Amazingly this card which was forced onto us without debate or any form of voting, and one which according to the blurb is one of the biggest card companies on the continent cannot resolve problems well before start date. Algorithmic issues are supposed to be road tested prior to launch date, or at least that’s what happens with well organized companies. If you have lots of spare time on your hands, or really like spending wasted hours of your day doing financial stiff, this is the place to be, if your really busy, have a life, and simply want to do financial th)NHs quickly, give yourself a reboot, and re think this step over again.

Worst bank I’ve ever been with. Switching banks this week. The tipping point was getting locked out of online banking again and when I phoned to confirm they were open a voicemail confirmed that the branches were open for the next few hours before the long weekend starts. So I leave work early to make it on time to get there with the doors closed and no one there

Don't go here if you want personal service. Ive tried at least 4 times.I stood in line for 15 minutes, one teller helping a customer and another on the phone. Two wickets empty. Or its tellers helping another teller and both of them aren't helping customers. It's always something. Faster if you can use it going to the machine. What a pain transferring all my stuff over to another bank but i think ive had enough of these guys.

Worst banking experience I've ever had. Lied about our mortgage and put us in a product we did not want (but made them $$) and, when I offered to meet them in the middle, they promptly tried to push me into another product that made them even more money while screwing me over. I'm in the process of ghosting this greedy and incompetent Credit Union.

Went to deposit money and it took me an hour because they couldn't count the money properly. First time they counted they missed one thousand dollars... they need to be trained better.

I’ve been banking here for 3 years now and it’s been a positive experience with the tellers and advisors. They’re listen to your needs and they’re helpful.
