Had purchased products that were expired and were on the shelf! I wasn’t even able to get a refund and only exchange the product which they then did not have in stock…this happened on 2 separate occasions. I don’t think it’s the consumers job to look at each products to ensure it hasn’t been expired. Take it off the shelf.

Weird that I was able to walk in and look around thinking it was a regular beauty supply store, with nothing telling me otherwise. Found out at the till from a very blunt and unapologetic employee that I'm not allowed to even buy anything without an membership. That's fine but would be nice to see a sign or be told that before wasting my time shopping.

Easy going staff, very helpful with info on products. If they are busy with a customer & you need help, they do apologize for the wait. Always have whatever I'm looking for.

I work in a salon 5 days a week and I am Three times certified in lashes and brows but because I didn’t spend “days or a certain amount of hours and money” on my course I cannot get a membership. Ridiculous

An entire shelf of gloves labeled at 13.99.... When I get them to the till The employee tells me that she needs to check the price because the price tag on the shelves are mislabeled and there isn't enough room or something which is why they are in the wrong spot.... so she knew about the mislabeled prices and then charged me full.. which is illegal. It's not on the customer to go up to the til to double check every price. If an entire quantity of the product is mispriced then give them at that price... Or just change the paper price label... ? What joke

If I can give zero stars I would. I’m a professional nail technician with my diploma and proof of profession, and the lady at the front refused to issue me a membership card. I’ll be buying my supplies elsewhere. Horrible experience.

Wife went in to get a membership as we just moved there and she had clients nails to do, brought in her certificates and everything , never had a problem anywhere else but this lady still would not give her a membership and said "this place is for professionals only". My wife manages about a hundred or so clients doing everything from nails to makeup to special effects for Netflix films. Definitely will never bring any business to this establishment again. The Lady working in there was very rude.
