Super happy with the service! Everyone was really friendly and helpful, and they got everything done super quickly. The best part? They detailed my car before giving it back, which I was not expecting at all. I have young children, the back seats look brand new again 🙌🏾 Totally impressed. Highly recommend these guys.

UPDATE!!
Picked my car up today... had my car for a month, BUT I told them not to rush and take your time so its done right, and WOW...I'm lost for words how fantastic my car looks!! They went above and beyond to make it look like new and its a 2012!! They fixed stuff i never expected to be done. Just an amazing team at this company. So understanding and willing to go the extra distance for the customer, you don't see that very much these days. I honestly would give them a 10 star review if I could! THANK-YOU so much. Cody and Paul , you're both awesome!!!

The repairs were great, can’t tell any damage was there prior. I’m Leaving a review because of the stellar detail work cleaning it for me. Some mechanics don’t bother with a detail or even a wash down. For someone with kids, car seats and the giant mess backseats can be, the detail work impressed me. My truck was looking nearly as good as the day I got it.

Back in July my husband I car got ding up and we came here asking if they could fix now the guy who is manger I believe is Paul and his assistant I honestly couldn’t remember his name but he a blessing we came in they said come back in couple days unfortunately just due to me and my husband schedule our work got in way but just other day I came back and he pop it back into place for me I couldn’t be more thankful for customer service I got and hands down I will send everyone there even my work company vehicles hope your staff enjoy the donuts 😊

Today I witnessed what genuine human kindness looks like.
I ran into a situation where my key fob suddenly stopped working and I had no way too get into my car, in a panic I walked into the first car related place I saw (being unfamiliar too down town chilliwack), that place being craftsman collision. Greeting me behind the counter was 2 men named Paul and Cody. Paul and Cody did not only go above and beyond normal customer service but made me feel calm and safe in a time of stress. I explained my situation and they said “don’t worry let us help you.” I stayed back while they called multiple places to find batteries, drove me back and forth to my car to see if the fob was working, took the key itself apart multiple times. They did not need to do this but they did.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart for the effort and time you both took to help me today.
If anyone is looking for a repair Service please let this be your first choice of who to call when you are stressed, need help with car related issues, if your a young women panicking about a fob while stranded in a place you don’t know, or most importantly if you want an amazing customer experience.

My mom and I were recommended to come here after our vehicle had a minor collision. The gentleman on the phone asked if we were both alright and cared about us. They even gave us a courtesy car since it was November/December 2024. Will go back and always recommend.

Absolutely appreciate them. Went in for a bumper repair from rear ended collision. They were fast to get me in and generous for the courtesy/rental vehicle. Washed my vehicle and vacuumed. I did not expect that at all and I absolutely appreciate that. The staff are so nice and genuine. My vehicle came back as if nothing happened.

Brought my car in for an ICBC repair on my back bumper and delt with Codi and was very impressed by the great customer service and quick turnaround on the repair by the staff at craftsman collision, I would highly recommend them to anyone and definitely come back myself for any future repairs !
