Tracy and the team at Westend went above and beyond. I had an ICBC claim for a broken window, they originally told me probably a month before it could get fixed. Tracey called me later that day and said they could get glass for the following day and could have it fixed shortly after. They also wanted to make sure my family and I could get around safely and lent us a courtesy car free of charge until our car was fixed. (Which was extremely helpful having just come out of the hospital with a newborn). I can’t thank them enough for their kindness and generosity. Truly one of the best shops around.

I have had my vehicles in multiple different body shops in town, and I must say, the work performed by westend was by far the best work done. No eggshelled paint/clear like the other shops paint repairs. Jeff is amazing and goes above and beyond the make sure the highest quality of work performed. I would not hesitate to take any vehicle or send any customer there. Very happy :)

Had a few odd jobs done on my car. All were done well, and at a very reasonable price. David and Jeff were very pleasant and accommodating. Car was vacuumed, and even though the jobs were not big ones, they made a courtesy car available to us. Thanks Guys

I had both an ICBC claim and some private touch ups done on my vehicle here. The staff was more than efficient and kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. They were able to communicate by text which I appreciated so that I had a record of things to look back on. They had my rental car set up next door with Enterprise (so convenient), which saved me a lot of time. Vehicle looked great when I picked it up, better than expected. Overall a great experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Great guys. Fixed my car after getting rear ended and helped me get a new battery right before closing on a Friday when my old one died.I will definitely be recommending them to friends.

AMAZING!Jeff and the team at West End Auto Body went above and beyond. My truck had some damage that needed fixing. I need this truck for my business, and I told Jeff my needs and concerns. Not only did he hear and understand what I was needing, he EXECUTED! The repair turned out perfectly, better than I expected, and he did it FAST! It was in and out in only a week! Normally, for the damage on my truck - 2 weeks. He saved me time, and most importantly - money. I will be recommending West end to all my friends, and anyone else who needs their vehicle repaired. Best shop in town!5/5 stars!Thanks again Jeff & crew!

Not sure how the autobody work is because u didn’t get that far. Walked in and the receptionist lady was so rude and un-helpful I walked right back out. Will not be back.
