It's the worst company I have ever dealt with.
Didn't show up on time. I had to drive half an hour to pick up an envelope.
Another parcel was shipped to pick up location after they said they had attempted delivery. But there was no buzzer number. On FedEx address label, it clearly shows my buzzer on the address information.
I spent 29 minutes trying to find the pick-up location. There was no signage on the building. The pick location is located in a furniture store. !!!!
After spending over an hour on the phone with the supervisor, who told me everything is fixed in their system low and behold I'm still having trouble. If Wayfair can give another option for delivery service, I would take it.
There's more, but I'm sick of dealing with this.
